All in CARAVANING 2014 Kicks Off with New Highlights



All in CARAVANING - the leading trade show for China caravaning and camping industry will present the latest products and technology at the upcoming edition. After been successfully held for 2 editions under the support of the whole industry, All in CARAVANING proves to be the leading trade fair to accelerate the caravanning and camping industry development in China. Reviewing All in CARAVANING 2013 which closed in this June, we are glad the exhibition doubled its space to more than 11,000 sqm and attracted 99 exhibitors and 19,122 trade visitors from 13 countries and regions. The visitor number witnessed a sharp increase of 8,881 people, 86.7% more than that of last edition.

The glorious moment has become the memorable history, and All in CARAVANING will kick off a new round. From 2014 to 2016, All in CARAVANING will move to Beijing Exhibition Centre (BEC), which is more excellent in location, infrastructure, publicity and more convenient in public traffic. And the show date for 2014 will be from June 27 to 29, 2014. During three days, all key industry players will meet again at the BEC in Beijing.

With its timeline starting back in 1954, BEC comes as the first-ever massive comprehensive exhibition venue in Beijing. It features, among others, the genuine inscriptions of late Chairman Mao Zedong and was once honored by the presence of late Premier Zhou Enlai at its ribbon-cutting ceremony. It is a CE (Convention and Exhibition) group that provides integrated services ranging from art performance through catering to hospitality. Under its umbrella are some big well-known players in relevant fields. They are: BEC Exhibition Branch Co., Ltd., BEC Theatre, Moscow Restaurant, and BEC Hotel. BEC is situated at the prosperous Beijing Xizhimen commercial district. It covers an area of 132,000M2, of which 30,000M2 are exhibition areas, including indoor exhibition space of 22,000M2 and outdoor exhibition space of 8,000M2. As estimated, All in CARAVANING will become one of the grandest events there next year, with the scale of 20,000M2 exhibition area, 180 exhibitors, 25,000 trade visitors and 200 media partners.

All in CARAVANING responses to the industry demand and constantly improves its exhibits diversification. This year, new additions will be included like campgrounds equipment, recreational equipment, campgrounds/camping parks materials, and service and specialist knowledge. The new supplements will further improve the exhibits scope and feature All in CARAVANING as the complete industry chain exhibition for Chinese caravaning and camping industry.

All in CARAVANING, as the ambassador who actively promote caravaning and camping culture in China, is clearly aware of this culture’s absence in Chinese families. In many developed western countries, camping has become an integral part of children’s life, being rooted in their childhood. Go to nature, enjoy happy camping, and be a fan of go rving is very important but needs to be carries out step by step. Following this idea, the organizers will cooperate with more influential media to launch more Rving culture campaigns in 2014. After year 2013’s big success of “Two Weeks RVing Culture” promotion on China’s No.1 travel TV program- “Travel Channel”, the upcoming All in CARAVANING will launch new canvassing through cooperation with China’s best selling travel magazine “National Geographic Traveler”; telling more interesting stories and generate more guts for go rving. Besides, Beijing People's Broadcasting, the most popular Broadcasting channels for millions of Beijing Drivers will also deliver the fun and laugh of go rving through multi-channels and various programs to its audience in a long term promotion campaign of launched by All in CARAVANING 2014. What’s more, with the generous support of Beijing Exhibition Centre, the organizers will work closely with various influential organizations around BEC, including China National Children's Center, Beijing Zoo, Beijing Planetarium and Beijing Xicheng Foreign Language School, to present series of Kids’ Programs. “Bring your kids to have a fun camping!” will be the hottest topic among all Beijing parents next summer.

All in CARAVANING, as the perfect information and business platform, will once again be accompanies by numerous splendid concurrent events. Among those, the important All in CARAVANING Annual Conference will continue to push the Government and related institutes to look at Chinese regulations and laws to support this industry development. Caravan Annual Figure, Campground Experience Program, Caravan Handpaint Award, Caravan Photography Award and Technical Seminars with present with new ideas and new attractions to a wider range of people. Last but not least, this year the organizers will for the first time launch the “Caravan Annual Model Award”, which will help potential buyers to select caravans suits their needs. What’s more, this award is to encourage more national brands to look at R&D through cooperating with various technology universities and colleagues.

Important news is one more influential industry organization- China Self-Driving Tour and Camping & Caravaning Association (STCCA)of China Tourism Automobile & Cruise Association (CTACA), will join hands with the exsiting organizers Messe Düsseldorf (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., YASN International Exhibition Co., Ltd, China National Travel Service Group (CTS) and China RV Industry Committee (CMRV) to co-organize All in CARAVANING 2014, pushing the exhibition to a new height with its superior resources. Meanwhile, the show has also obtained the international endorsement from Messe Düsseldorf GmbH (the organizer of the world premier caravan show - Caravan Salon Düsseldorf), German Caravan Industry Association (CIVD) and Caravan, RV & Accommodation Industry of Australia (CRVA).
