All in CARAVANING 2023 Ready to Go!

All in CARAVANING 2023 (AIC), the annual celebration of China's caravanning and camping industry, is set to make a comeback after a one-year hiatus. The grand event will be held as scheduled from June 16th to 18th at Beijing Beiren Etrong International Exhibition & Convention Center.

Inheriting the powerful genes of the world's largest RVtrade fair , CARAVAN SALON DÜSSELDORF, AIC has always been regarded as a compass for China's caravanning and camping industry. AIC 2023 will present a brand-new image to the industry, with new exhibition areas, a refreshed image, exciting new activities, and innovative approaches are all ready for the big reveal.

With a positive industry outlook, booths are selling out fast

Since the postponement of the trade fair in 2022, exhibitors have been eagerly awaiting for the event after a year of anticipation. As of the end of March, the RV parts zone has been sold out, with nearly ten new exhibitors on the waiting list. Over 70% of the vehicle area has already been booked, with renowned Chinese and international manufacturers have confirmed their participation. A diverse range of vehicle models will be on display, covering a variety of styles and price ranges. In addition to caravans, motorhomes, and accessories, the outdoor leisure area will also feature tents, camping accessories/equipment, outdoor clothing and gear, as well as campsites.

The German Pavilion, led by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy and organized in collaboration with the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA), made its official debut at AIC 2021. This year, it will once again be present at the trade show at a higher level and with greater capacity, marking a significant milestone in the exchange and interaction in the caravanning industry between China and Germany. It is not only a significant opportunity for trade and economic exchanges between the two countries, but also a remarkable platform for attracting investment and promoting German companies in China, which greatly contributes to the long-term development of the industry.

This year, the German Pavilion has a total area of 388 square meters, where ten top-quality German manufacturers will be showcasing their products. These include premium accessories brands such as AL-KO, REIMO, RENOLIT, LAMILUX, Truma, Vöhringer, PARAT, Kesseböhmer, and KNOTT, as well as the well-known RV manufacturer, Dethleffs, which will be exhibiting in a new format within the German Pavilion.

International summits and forums take the stage once again

The second edition of the International Summit on the Development of China's FIT Tourism, which garnered significant attention at the last edition, will be held this year to explore new avenues for the sustainable development of theindustry. The summit will be hosted by AIC and co-organized by the Traveler Magazine and the National Tourism Network. Experts from various sectors, such as investment institutions, cultural and tourism groups, scenic areas and tourism bureaus, OTAs, rental platforms, RV manufacturers, and campsite operators, will be invited to attend the summit.

The China RV Parts Export Standard Seminar returns to the offline format this year, finally allowing Chinese and European experts to have face-to-face exchanges. Special guests will introduce the relevant requirements and marketing models of RV parts in overseas markets, provide effective solutions for Chinese parts manufacturers to expand their presence in foreign markets.

The highly popular Sino-German Dealer Workshop is returning for the third time this year. Veteran guest, Mr. Kai Dhonau, President of the German Caravan Dealer Association, will visit China to engage in discussions with Chinese caravan manufacturers and dealers, and to share the latest successful cases in the European market, especially during the pandemic period.

Gathering big names and trendy new ways for RV travelling

Last year, the online AIC Lab made its first appearance, which showcased original short videos on trendy caravan tours and camping styles, and was widely embraced by enthusiasts. Therefore, AIC has decided to create a physical AIC Lab in a dedicated area this year to team up with key opinion leaders in the industry, caravan experts, and hip campsite operators to showcase the unique travel lifestyle as well as innovative camping techniques.

Combining with the current hot topics, AIC has planned a brand-new concept of Vanlife Carnival this year. It is not only a stage to showcase the Vanlife lifestyle but also a photo zone with artistic and romantic styles. The unique booth design and artistic style will make it a favorite "AIC check-in spot" for visitors.

Seizing the opportunity to purchase and receive generous gifts

As a gesture of appreciation to on-site customers, AIC is offering generous gifts this year. In addition to daily lucky draws for a Mobo refrigerator valued at RMB 3,999, fuel cards valued at RMB 1,000 will also be offered. These exclusive purchase benefits are only available during the AIC show, so be sure to put your RV purchasing plan on the agenda.

AIC has been a pioneer in promoting the caravan culture in China. It stays true to its original aspiration of “taking Chinese RVs abroad and bringing global RVs to China”, and is committed to becoming the preferred platform for manufacturers and suppliers of the industry worldwide to showcase and exchange ideas across the entire supply chain.
